Thinking Through Infrastructure on Resonance 104.4 FM

Hosted by Dom Davies and Reed Puc, Thinking Through Infrastructure is a new show on Resonance 104.4 FM that looks at transport, energy, water, waste, housing, and healthcare from the perspective of the arts and humanities.

Through conversations with activists, artists, and academics, the programme explores the social and emotional worlds of infrastructure, including how it shapes our lived experience, impacts on our culture, and gives form to our political imagination.

The show will broadcast at 7pm on the third Friday of every month, with a repeat at 6am the following Monday.

On Friday 16 October, our first show will featuring a conversation with Nicola Kirkby that asks how Victorian novelists like Charles Dickens, Elizabeth Gaskell, George Eliott, Anthony Trollope, and E.M. Forster illuminate the wider cultural and social significance of the nineteenth-century railway.

Episodes of Thinking Through Infrastructure are also available as a podcast on Soundcloud, Apple, and Spotify.
